Like awareness, grounding is another concept from the mindfulness world. So often we can get caught up in emotional experiences of the past or becoming fearful of the future. Grounding is a set of techniques that we can use in “that moment” to bring us into the present moment. As the famous Master Oogway would say, “Yesterday is History. Tomorrow is a mystery. But today is a gift. That is why, it is called the ‘Present’.” So coming into the present moment is what the focus of grounding. You will learn several grounding techniques and have a chance to practice. This course also has several self-guided hypnosis tracks to reinforce the lessons.
