Due to the nature of the courses as all material is immediately available, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Only in very limited situations in which the material hasn’t been accessed at all will refunds be considered on a case by case. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange regardless if the course has been accessed or not.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

• Unused prepaid individual and group therapy and coaching sessions if done prior to the date and time of the session. However all cancelations must be done 24 hour in advance of the session to avoid a late cancelation fee. Most often prepaid sessions can be used for future sessions if a session has to be missed.
